Your Role:
As a Staff I in our Treasury and Payments Solutions team, you will play an essential role in supporting the daily financial operations for our clients, ensuring processes are accurate, efficient, and compliant. You will collaborate with team members to provide outstanding service, manage multiple client engagements, and contribute to solutions that streamline treasury, accounts payable, and payment workflows. This role is perfect for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for client services.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of bills and payments for client accounts.
- Perform meticulous bank account and credit card reconciliations.
- Prepare and distribute client 1099 forms and related tax documentation.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various processes.
- Assist in organizing client financial records, data entry, onboarding, and compliance reporting.
- Coordinate with leadership on client deliverables and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate client documents, including invoices and expense reports.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Professionally address client requests and prioritize assignments.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and recommend optimizations.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a motivated Staff I to join the EisnerAmper Outsourcing Group - Treasury and Payment Solutions team for Fall 2025. This role is hybrid with some in-office requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of recent public accounting experience.
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expected graduation date of December 2024 through September 2025.
- Strong academic performance (Minimum GPA: 3.0).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Able to communicate professionally with a diverse range of individuals.
