Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Clinical Supervisor in Worcester, MA.
Community Healthlink is seeking a clinical leader to fill the Clinical Supervisor for its newly designed Access Division, to lead and manage the Access Clinicians as a part of major change initiatives towards transforming client access. This individual will work closely with management and leadership across the enterprise to help facilitate and lead a multipronged approach that produces seamless access across a myriad of touchpoints for clients and referring providers. The Clinical Supervisor of the Access Division will oversee clinical aspects of one of the clinical teams within the division. The individual will establish and maintain partnerships with stakeholders across the enterprise to create and sustain infrastructure and mechanisms to enhance access to care. This individual will work closely with the Program Managers and staff across other divisions to ensure optimal client access strategies and workflows are developed, implemented, and sustained to clinical supports and seamless client service across the Community Healthlink's care continuum.

Responsibilities:
Supervises Access Clinicians and students. Provides outpatient diagnostic evaluations and psychotherapeutic treatment services to children, adolescents, and adults in individual, family, couple, and group therapy; provides consultation and educational services to community groups and agencies in a manner which respects diversity Supervise and provide training for Access Clinicians
Supervises students/interns as needed
Maintains required supervisory documentation
Participates as a member of the Access management team
Provides direct clinical treatment to adults, children and adolescents as represented in the caseload through diagnostic evaluations and screenings; crisis/emergency assessment and intervention; treatment planning and assessment; individual, group, couple and family therapy.
Participates in interdisciplinary diagnostic treatment and planning conferences
Consults with area schools, doctors, individuals, and other social service agencies, insurance providers and hospital networks regarding clients, client services and case management
Maintains client records and administrative records consistent with policy
Attends administrative staff meetings as required
Attends in-service education, clinical supervision, and professional meetings as required
Participates in required trainingsCCBHC
Complete CCBHC Diagnostic Evaluations with individuals and families within the required timeframes: Urgent - 24 hours, Routine - 10 business days
Complete CCBHC Diagnostic Evaluations within contractual and agency requirements
Maintains documentation consistent with BSAS requirements
Using identified procedures for the program, ensures random drug screening is completed consistent with BSAS requirements
Provides written reports to probation consistent with BSAS requirements

Qualifications:
Doctoral or Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling
Independent license in Massachusetts as a Psychologist Health Care Provider, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worder, or a Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Supervisory experience
Strong assessment competence
Must be able to pass a CORI background check
Bilingual (Spanish) strongly encouraged to apply
