As an Account Manager II, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional processing and sales support for loan applications submitted by Wholesale Loan Brokers. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives and Brokers to manage the loan process from submission through to closing, ensuring compliance with company policies and all relevant laws. This position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000.00 to $65,000.00.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for communication and support between Brokers and internal departments throughout the loan process, including Account Executives, Underwriting, Quality Control, Docs, and Funding.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to our partners and clients.

  • Pull and verify credit reports, flood certifications, and appraisals as required.

  • Ensure compliance with deadlines for pre-disclosures, approval letters, cancellations, and declinations.

  • Monitor incoming documents from Brokers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Collect necessary stipulations from Brokers and resolve any issues prior to funding as required by underwriting.

  • Proactively manage your pipeline to ensure timely loan funding.

  • Engage with Account Executives to review pipelines and provide daily updates.

  • Maintain regular communication with Brokers, at least every other day, updating all relevant parties.

  • Input data into our systems while ensuring high levels of accuracy and detail.

  • Notify Brokers and Account Executives of any discrepancies related to titles, appraisals, credit, employment, income, and other pertinent loan file details.

  • Order Verifications of Employment and Deposit to support the prefunding quality control process.

  • Provide assistance to departmental support staff when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Handle highly confidential information regarding loan applicants with care.

  • Familiarity with FHA and VA guidelines.

  • In-depth knowledge of RESPA regulations relevant to Good Faith Estimates (GFE).

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask on several files simultaneously.

  • Maintain constant communication with borrowers, brokers, agents, loan officers, and internal staff.

  • Proficient in using various office machines including computers, copiers, and fax machines; able to sit for extended periods.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Experience with Calyx Point and DataTrac is a plus.

  • Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage detailed assignments.

  • Demonstrated customer service excellence.

  • Education experience equivalent to an associate's degree.

  • Two to five years of experience as a Wholesale Account Manager or Mortgage Loan Processor, working with various Brokers, Account Executives, and loan products.

  • Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of wholesale loan production and mortgage loan processing.
