We are looking for a Full-Cycle Accountant to join our growing team!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparing and posting journal entries
Reconciliation of multiple entities and balance sheet accounts
Reconciliation of all bank, cash, and credit card transactions, merchant statements
Reconciliation of chargeback, pin debit, equipment inventory and POS/gateway portals
Full Financial Statement preparation
Maintains historical records by filing documents.
Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Contributes to ad hoc analyses and projects as needed.
Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.
PCI Compliance for all merchant processing accounts

QUALIFICATIONS:

2-4 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping/full cycle accounting
TSYS experience and/or merchant service industry is a definite PLUS
Proven expertise in QuickBooks and Excel are a MUST
Strong computer and data entry skills
Well organized, analytical, able to multi-task projects and prioritize responsibilities
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and written skills
Dependable, drive, willing and able to learn
Extreme attention to detail and follow through is vital.
Work independently and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Experience with multiple sets of accounting records for multiple entities is preferred

SALARY:

This role includes quarterly profit-sharing bonuses as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, retirement planning, and/or other benefits.
Base salary range: $45,000 - $55,000
Salary including quarterly profit-sharing bonus and comprehensive benefits program range (annualized): $61,125 - $73,125
