The Accounting Associate at Conax assist with variety of accounts tasks including payables and receivables. A successful Accounting Associate will work within our accounting software to accurately process and record invoices, prepare and process weekly disbursements, apply payments to customer invoices, process credit card transactions through banking software, and regularly communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices.

We are looking for someone who has an understanding of accounting principles, great attention to detail, a strong work ethic and professional demeanor, and an associate's degree or equivalent experience in accounting.
