Accounting Manager

At Hope Community Resources, we have been providing services and supports to individuals of all ages and abilities since 1968. Our mission is to assist people who experience intellectual, developmental, or other disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, or mental health challenges.

As the Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing all accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing financial analysis and reporting. Your expertise will contribute to the smooth operation of our financial processes in concern with a team of direct reports. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be proficient in financial software and tools, and have a deep understanding of accounting principles and regulations. Bacherlor's degree in Accounting or related field.
Five (5) years direct accounting experience; one of which needs to be in a supervisory capacity. Experience in payroll, cost accounting, and preparation of financial statements preferred
Equivalent combination of related education and/or work experience.
