Chisholm is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join the Nursing & Clinical Health business team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Administrative Officer (Nursing and Clinical Health) your key responsibilities include providing customer service, administrative and professional support and service as well as responsibilities for any allocated specific activities and projects.
This position is a key and active participant of the Nursing and Clinical Health team and provides support in relation to key customer service and administrative functions, in particular document production and monitoring internal compliance and procedures.
ABOUT YOU
You will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent experience in a similar role as well as the following skills and experience:
- Strong client focus with the ability to confidently and courteously liaise with a diverse range of clients.
- Proven experience providing administrative support in a complex working environment.
- Demonstrated experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
- Proven experience in process improvement, utilising creativity and internal networking to see projects through to delivery
- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
