What You Would Do in This Role
As an AI-Driven Commerce Manager, you'll spearhead the design, implementation, and scaling of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions embedded within digital commerce and customer technology ecosystems. You will leverage your technical expertise with consulting leadership to deliver transformation programs focused on growth.
Commerce AI Architecture & Strategy
- Define comprehensive Agentic Commerce strategies that align AI orchestration with digital commerce roadmaps.
- Architect scalable, modular, and interoperable multi-agent systems across commerce platforms.
- Establish unified commerce data foundations encompassing customer, product, transactional, behavioral, pricing, and operational datasets.
- Drive the integration of AI decision engines into digital commerce platforms (e.g., Adobe Commerce, SAP CX, Salesforce Commerce).
Agentic AI Implementation & Orchestration
- Design and oversee the development of multi-agent ecosystems that coordinate:
- Predictive models
- Optimization engines
- LLM-driven reasoning
- Decision APIs
- Embed AI into various platforms such as:
- Personalization engines
- Campaign management platforms
- Product recommendation systems
- Dynamic pricing and promotions
- Conversational commerce interfaces
- Architect event-driven, API-first, cloud-native AI systems for real-time inference.
Governance, Trust & Enterprise Readiness
- Develop governance models for autonomous and semi-autonomous commerce AI systems.
- Establish safeguards for:
- Responsible AI
- Bias monitoring
- Drift detection
- Explainability
- Performance observability
- Ensure secure deployment in line with enterprise risk and compliance policies.
Cloud & Technology Delivery
- Lead deployment across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
- Utilize FastAPI for modular services and Databricks for scalable AI workflows.
- Integrate vector databases, distributed knowledge systems, and state management solutions.
- Ensure production readiness through CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes-based deployment models.
Consulting & Commercial Leadership
- Engage with C-level and senior stakeholders to position Agentic Commerce as a driver of growth.
- Craft executive presentations, value cases, roadmaps, and ROI models.
- Oversee the entire delivery of Commerce AI programs including solution design, resource planning, governance, and risk management.
- Mentor consultants and foster hands-on capabilities in Agentic AI frameworks.
- Contribute to internal commerce AI accelerators and go-to-market strategies.
- Travel: As required for client support, up to 50%.
- Location: Primary residency within 90 minutes of an approved Accenture office.
Who We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience delivering transformation in digital commerce, customer technology, or marketing technology ecosystems. This includes:
- Strong expertise in Python and SQL, with practical experience deploying Generative AI and Agentic AI in production.
- Experience in embedding AI within commerce platforms, CDPs, CRM, or MarTech ecosystems.
- Proficiency with Agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience integrating AI with enterprise API gateways and composable commerce architectures.
- Expertise in prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, and tool invocation standards.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI and Databricks.
- Familiarity with reinforcement learning and adaptive decision systems.
- Proven success in leading AI programs from design through to deployment.
- Experience in implementing Responsible AI frameworks.
- Strong consulting leadership skills including stakeholder management and executive communication.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across various disciplines.
- Experience in designing a semantic layer and knowledge graph.
