AI Solutions Engineer

Join a forward-thinking financial services organization as an AI Solutions Engineer! We are looking for a skilled professional to design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions that boost engineering productivity and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for developing agentic workflows, integrating large language models (LLMs), and orchestrating multi-agent systems as part of an agile team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to secure, scalable applications while adhering to enterprise governance standards and collaborating with various teams.

Compensation: $90.00 to $100.00/hr. W2
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain agentic workflows and autonomous systems.
- Develop AI models for integration into production-grade applications.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.
- Implement orchestration logic for multi-agent systems and streamline task automation.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code that supports AI initiatives.
- Monitor and enhance the performance of AI systems in production environments.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic architectures.
Experience Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience using Java 17 or higher.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Java, Go, Python, or Ruby.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data engineering, or software engineering roles.
- Strong software development skills, particularly in Python or similar languages.
- Experience in designing and building agentic workflows or multi-agent systems.
- Familiarity with orchestration frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as containerization via Docker or Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and system integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
- AWS experience is preferred.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
