Anesthesia Equipment Tech

Mobile Anesthesiologists has an immediate opening for a Full Time Anesthesia Equipment Technician. This position is responsible for the transport and setup of anesthesia equipment. Licensure or certification is not required. This is an entry-level position. Pharmacy experience will lead to immediate consideration as we seek to potentially fill this position in a hybrid pharmacy-tech capacity, depending on candidate qualifications.

Specific responsibilities and job requirements:

First and foremost, candidates must focus on providing the best possible experience for our patients and surgeon clients. We care about the people we work with and the people we care for, and we expect this to be a priority for any new team member. Additional requirements include:

Transportation, setup, cleaning, and testing of all equipment
Restocking supplies and ensuring the van is kept clean
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to drive to our client offices
Able to lift, push and pull up to 60 pounds
Excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent organizational skill
Previous experience in a sterile setting (preferred)
Current BLS certificate (preferred)

Mobile Anesthesiologists is an office-based anesthesia practice that provides a comprehensive peri-operative solution for physicians, surgeons, and dentists performing procedures in the medical office space. Our team of anesthesiologists, certified registered nurse anesthetists, and registered nurses provide pre-operative, anesthetic, and post-operative care for various office-based surgical procedures. The Mobile model is that of a traveling surgery center - we provide the same medications, supplies, equipment, and emergency preparedness, but at the physician's office.
