Job Duties: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures. Perform plumbing, carpentry, lock repair, or replacement as needed. Complete Make Ready/Punch-Outs on vacant units to prepare them for new residents. Assist in renovation projects to enhance the quality of our properties. Maintain the curb appeal of the community by assisting with grounds maintenance tasks. Job Qualifications: Must have your own tools and 1-2 years of handyman experience. Experience in appliance repair, including refrigerators, dishwashers, icemakers, and microwaves. Proficiency in handyman tasks, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
