Area / Regional Director of SNF Operations

ALIGN Executive Search is looking for a Regional Director of Operations to oversee 6 Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Greater Dayton Area.

Client is acquiring new facilities in Southwest Ohio, smaller to medium sized company
Not a lot of red tape, full autonomy to run your region how you see fit
Would consider a Senior Administrator with 5+ years of experience for this opportunity as well
I've placed several leaders with this organization and all are still in place and very happy
Tons of room for growth as they love to promote from within
