Key Responsibilities:
- Create a positive and productive environment within the restaurant
- Enhance daily operations for efficiency
- Drive profitability through effective management
- Develop and mentor staff members
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Understand and interpret Profit & Loss Statements
- Have knowledge of FPC, Labor, and IFO goals
