Key Responsibilities:

• Safety First: Ensure the safety and well-being of both employees and customers at all times.
• Customer Experience: Create and maintain an outstanding shopping experience. Uphold service level standards and provide training to staff to enhance customer service.
• Point of Sale Management: Oversee all POS terminal transactions including sales, discounts, refunds, and handling loyalty programs.
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory operations, adhering to policies regarding shipping, receiving, pricing, and conducting physical inventory counts.
• Merchandising: Ensure sales floor presentation aligns with company standards, including merchandise placement and promotional materials.
• Payroll Coordination: Support payroll management, including scheduling and timekeeping compliance.
• Team Development: Train and mentor your team, utilizing available training resources and reinforcing operational standards.
• Loss Prevention: Uphold policies to protect and control all company assets.
• Operational Understanding: Aim to gain comprehensive knowledge of managing daily store operations.
