Job Description

  • Provide visionary leadership and direction for casino operations, marketing, and guest services across various North American locations.

  • Craft and execute compelling business plans to drive significant revenue growth, enhance operational efficiencies, and bolster market share.

  • Ensure strict compliance with all gaming regulations, internal policies, and responsible gaming practices.

  • Establish and manage budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators, continually monitoring and reporting on financial performance.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop property general managers and department heads to meet and exceed operational objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, key partners, and local communities.

  • Oversee the launch of innovative products, services, and technology enhancements that boost customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and loyalty teams to create effective promotions and campaigns tailored to unique regional markets.

  • Cultivate a culture of excellence focused on guest services, safety, and security.

  • Manage and inspire a team of 6-7 Sales Executives to achieve targeted sales performance.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.

- A minimum of 15 years' experience in casino sales or operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management or executive leadership role.

- Demonstrated success in managing multi-site casino operations with a significant revenue impact.

  • In-depth understanding of North American gaming regulations and industry best practices.

- Proven track record of driving operational excellence, financial success, and team development.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Willingness to travel frequently across North America.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with digital gaming and integrated property-based casino models.

- Proven success in market expansion or the launch of new properties.

Compensation and Benefits:

The hiring range for this role is between $122,200 and $270,800 per annum. Eligibility for equity compensation and commission opportunities, estimated at a pay mix of 45/55.
