Provide visionary leadership and direction for casino operations, marketing, and guest services across various North American locations.

Craft and execute compelling business plans to drive significant revenue growth, enhance operational efficiencies, and bolster market share.

Ensure strict compliance with all gaming regulations, internal policies, and responsible gaming practices.

Establish and manage budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators, continually monitoring and reporting on financial performance.

Lead, mentor, and develop property general managers and department heads to meet and exceed operational objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, key partners, and local communities.

Oversee the launch of innovative products, services, and technology enhancements that boost customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with Marketing and loyalty teams to create effective promotions and campaigns tailored to unique regional markets.

Cultivate a culture of excellence focused on guest services, safety, and security.

Manage and inspire a team of 6-7 Sales Executives to achieve targeted sales performance.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- A minimum of 15 years' experience in casino sales or operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management or executive leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-site casino operations with a significant revenue impact.
- In-depth understanding of North American gaming regulations and industry best practices.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence, financial success, and team development.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently across North America.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with digital gaming and integrated property-based casino models.
- Proven success in market expansion or the launch of new properties.

Compensation and Benefits:
The hiring range for this role is between $122,200 and $270,800 per annum. Eligibility for equity compensation and commission opportunities, estimated at a pay mix of 45/55.
