About the Role

We are searching for an experienced Associate Director to join our dynamic Real Estate Asset Management team. In this pivotal role, you will provide critical analytical support to senior management and develop comprehensive financial models to inform strategic decisions. Collaboration is key, as you will work alongside development, accounting, leasing, and acquisitions teams to formulate impactful recommendations for business plans. You will be actively involved in managing portfolio operations, overseeing real estate tax appeals, and engaging in decision-making processes related to the management and redevelopment of our diverse portfolio, which includes retail, industrial, and self-storage assets.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate industry
• Proficient in financial modeling using MS Excel and Argus
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage a demanding workload
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and ethical
• A team player with excellent listening skills and openness to feedback

Responsibilities:

• Support onboarding processes for new acquisitions
• Coordinate information for property dispositions
• Participate in industry and market events to enhance professional networks
