The Position

As an Associate Dentist with DWPG, you will have the support you need to grow your career with training through the Dental Whale Level Up program. Dentists with DWPG have 100% clinical autonomy and are encouraged to provide as many services as possible to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat patients with oral diseases
Provide dentistry services such as root canals, extractions, fillings, bridges, crowns, dentures, implants and other oral services
Educate patients on good oral hygiene habits and preventive dental care
Ensure compliance with OSHA and dental board procedures
Conduct hygiene checks on procedures performed by the RDH
Examine patients, obtain medical history and develop treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and maintain immaculate treatment records
Work with clinic staff to provide quality patient care services
Address clinical issues promptly and accurately
Stay current with the latest developments in dentistry through our complimentary CE courses

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from a CODA and/or ADA accredited school
Licensed to practice in Illinois
2 years minimum experience
CPR Certified, a plus
Understanding of, and complies with, local, state, and ADA regulations, protocols, and procedures
Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Exceptional interpersonal skills

Schedule Preference:

4-day work week + 2 Saturdays/month
