We do encourage healthy living as well through our various health and wellness challenges.
BMSS consistently hires leaders that provide the mentorship needed for all team members to succeed in their career. Our vision statement is "Leave a legacy for future generations." A hallmark of this vision is that all members have a mandatory retirement age. We feel this is paramount in leaving a legacy for future generations as this provides constant opportunities for younger team members to grow and assume leadership of the firm.
BMSS highly regards each team member and deeply values everyone's ideas, suggestions and family life/work balance. We send out annual surveys asking for feed-back on how to make the firm better and all members have an "open door" policy and encourage and promote psychological safety with all who chose to have their career at BMSS.
