Automotive Finance Assistant

Requirements:

Work directly with Finance Managers and accounting to ensure prompt and ethical processing of all deals.
Package car deals, make appropriate copies of documents and send to correct financial institution.
Review documents from vehicle sales for compliance completion.
Communicate and resolve any and all issues with managers.
Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks.
Automotive accounting preferred, with Reynolds & Reynolds experience.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and comfortable in an open office.
At least 2 years' experience working in a busy office environment required.
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Education and /or Experience

High School diploma or equivalent
Positive attitude
Must pass a background screen/drug screen/driving record screen
2 years or more automotive experience
Professional appearance
Able to work independently
Good computer skills/mathematic/internet savvy
Able to multi task, prioritize, and react to situations promptly
Some filing
Work occasional on Saturdays with team member.
