Your Role and Responsibilities
Room patients and accurately gather vital signs while documenting patient history.
Assist healthcare providers during medical procedures to ensure a smooth workflow.
Maintain organized examination rooms and restock necessary supplies to facilitate patient care.
Perform various tasks as assigned by leadership to support the team effectively.
Qualifications for Success
0-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Completion of a Medical Assistant program or eligibility for certification is required.
Basic proficiency with PC software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
Comfortable working in a bustling, fast-paced environment.
Expectations
Utilizes acquired skills along with company policies to complete routine tasks efficiently.
Handles standard assignments and applies problem-solving skills when necessary.
Refers to existing policies and past practices for guidance on tasks.
Receives overall direction on standard work procedures and detailed instructions for new assignments.
Seeks advice from supervisors or more experienced colleagues for complex issues.
