Your Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy targeting communication, social skills, and daily living abilities

• Collect and analyze data to track client progress and inform treatment strategies

• Collaborate effectively with BCBAs, caregivers, and fellow team members

• Maintain a safe and engaging environment to promote client success

• Assist children in realizing their full potential with compassion and consistency

Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification or actively working towards it

• Experience with children and a strong desire to support individuals with ASD

• Physical capability to engage in active play and therapeutic activities

• Must pass a background check and possess reliable transportation
