In this rewarding role, you will provide personalized ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our mission-driven team is focused on achieving meaningful progress through evidence-based methods, including Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET), delivered in various settings such as homes, schools, and clinics.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy focusing on enhancing communication, social, and daily living skills

• Monitor and document progress, collecting data to inform effective treatment plans

• Work closely with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members to ensure comprehensive care

• Create a safe and engaging environment that fosters client success

• Support children in reaching their full potential with empathy and consistency

What We’re Looking For:

• Current RBT certification or actively working towards certification

• Experience working with children and a genuine passion for supporting those with ASD

• Physical capability to engage in active play and therapeutic interventions

• Ability to pass a background check and possess reliable transportation
