Behavioral Caregiver weekly pay $23-$28

Salary: $20 -$25 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare Services isseeking entry level or experienced Behavioral Therapists in the Bay Area!

Behavior Technicians at MaximHealthcare Services provide support and caregiving needs for children andadults with developmental delays and/or challenging behaviors. BehaviorTechnicians work closely with the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) toimplement the behavioral care plan and keep track of the clients' progressthrough each session. This care plan will improve the clients' interaction,socialization, and continuation of daily routines.

Responsibilities:

-Provide one-to-one behavior assistance/interventions to assigned clients.

-Follow curriculum of the BCBA/Program Supervisor on intended lesson plan forassigned client.

-Work with clients, families, and communities to implement client treatment plan.

-Complete and document session per policies and procedures.

-Attend and participate in any in-service training

-Playtime is learning time, so having fun is expected as well!
