Behavioral Health Consultant

Seeking a Behavioral Health Consultant to work incollaboration with the primary care providers in managing the overall health oftheir patients. The Behavioral Health Consultant will provide skill trainingthrough patient education strategies and develop specific behavioral changeplan to address maladaptive behaviors as well as other psychosocial factors.

Compensation: $60,000 - $91,000

Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

Education:

• Master's degree in the Behavioral Health field (Psychology, SocialWork) with
• Two (2) years of directly related experience is required.
• Must be an Independently Licensed Behavioral Health Professional in theState of Arizona (LCSW, LPC or PsyD).
• Computer literacy is required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates a plus
