Summary:

We are looking for an Automotive Billing Clerk who is responsible for ensuring the proper documentation is accurate in order to complete the billing process.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Finalize New and Used deals sent from Finance
Gather all incentive documentation for submission
Issue checks from check requests from sales department
Daily Floor plan payoffs and initiate new loans (New & Used)
Responsible for vehicle purchases and dealer trades (included billing the deal, preparing MSO's and any other related tasks to this process)
Maintain correct gross on monthly F&I logs and balance to CDK every month
Calculate salesperson commission sheets paid weekly
Aftermarket warranty remittance and cancellation refunds
Clean Inventory Schedules and We-owe Schedules

Requirements:

2 years or more of dealership experience with CDK is strongly preferred
Administrative Skills, Organization, Data Entry
Analyzing and Verbal Communication Skills.
Attention to Detail
Enthusiastic personality
Must have strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel
Must be willing to submit and pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen
