Billing & Collections Specialist

Familiarize/access all customer website portals for invoice payment status.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify AR issues and make. recommendations on how to resolve.
Communicate with internal and external customers on past due invoices.
Knowledge of all customer invoice requirements/documentation needed for invoice payment.
Ensure no invoice reaches 91 days past due status.
Invoice credit and debit process and post transactions to accounting software.
