HPC-Industrial, Powered by Clean Harbors, in Huber Heights, OH, is looking for a Branch Dispatcher to join their safety conscious team!
This team member is Liaisons with customer representatives on scheduling issues Submits and validates daily reports related to inventory / receiving / shipping policies and ensures guidelines are followed Maintains documentation of crew activities Administering all required paperwork including the Work Order, scheduling jobs, completion of work orders, maintaining records etc. Developing and maintaining processes to streamline the Scheduling System Monitor GPS on fleet and ensure company safety practices are adhered to Manages vendor relations with third party companies Work with project management to understand job scope and requirements. The Branch Dispatcher serves as representative of HPC-Industrial in creating a continuous working relationship with clients/customers.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must be in possession of valid TWIC before applying for position. Candidate must also be able to pass through a DISA background check, drug screen, & physical.

| | Make sure that Daily Checklists and Truck Logs are complete and supported by invoices, and that all math is correct. Return for corrections if necessary | | | | | |
| | Ensure all time slips are for the correct time. Return for corrections if necessary | | | | | |
| | Turn over all completed and checked paperwork to the Office Manager on a daily basis | | | | | |
| | Authorize maintenance on equipment, and report daily to the Operations Manager or Regional Manager | | | | | |
| | Delegate shop work in response to Daily Checklists; Authorize overtime for shop repairs; Report daily to Operations Manager | | | | | |
| | Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business. | | | | | |
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1to 3 plus years of experience within the industrial cleaning industry.

| | possess knowledge of Industrial Cleaning in the Oilfield, Pulp Mill and Municipal settings. | |
| | Knowledge of Wet and Dry Vacuum trucks, High Pressure water blasting, steamers, hydro- vacs and pressure trucks | |

What does it take to work for HPC-Industrial?
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record.
- Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) waste codes, manifesting & Land Disposal Restrictions (LDR) (preferred).
- Confined space entry & 40 Hour OSHA Training (preferred).
- Knowledge of RCRA requirements/regulations (preferred).
- Strong mechanical ability.
