Position:
As a Brand Director in our company, your mission is to bring innovation to women's wellness by crafting groundbreaking marketing campaigns for our science-backed supplements. Your strategic and creative expertise will drive multi-platform initiatives, fostering an engaged audience and a loyal customer base for our health and beauty products. Overseeing marketing strategies across owned content, partnerships, and digital campaigns, you'll creatively boost traffic to our digital platforms. Success in this role demands a big-picture mindset, swift prioritization skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit. This pivotal position, which reports to the Chief Brand Officer, offers an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and visionary creative to make a substantial impact.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Generate impactful, resonant ideas, narratives, and messaging that resonate with our consumers and help shape the brand for significant and relevant demographics.
Cultivate a profound understanding of the mindsets, attitudes, and behaviors of our target consumers to guide empathetic and strategic campaign executions.
Collaborate with marketing colleagues to establish product brand identities, covering packaging, advertising, and digital assets.
Assume responsibility for content generation across various channels, including YouTube, Streaming platforms, Social media, Podcasts, and more.
Assist in defining and consistently applying our company's voice across projects to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all channels.
Required Experience:
A minimum of 4 years' experience working on conceptual and successful marketing campaigns in an agency or an in-house direct-to-consumer creative team, possessing in-depth understanding of consumer-engaging storytelling.
A demonstrated history of diverse creative campaigns, showcasing a variety of ideas and problem-solving strategies, with an emphasis on communicating impactful, innovative ideas across multiple channels.
Exceptional communication skills with a wide range of styles, demonstrating an understanding of diverse audience communication strategies.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all tiers to ensure projects align with brand guidelines, compliance, and overall project objectives.
Possession of a Bachelor's Degree.
