If you are someone who thrives in a competitive environment, is coachable, and has a strong desire for growth, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Average commissions can reach around $1,250+ per deal, and our new representatives often close multiple accounts weekly.

What You'll Do:

• Sell AT&T Business services to local businesses
• Prospect and generate opportunities within your community
• Build and nurture relationships with business owners
• Conduct in-person meetings and field visits
• Close deals on wireless, internet, and other business solutions
• Manage your sales pipeline and provide consistent follow-up
• Meet performance goals and enjoy opportunities for career growth

Compensation:

We believe in transparency regarding income potential:

• Minimum performers: $80,000-$110,000+
• Goal performers: $140,000-$180,000+
• Top closers: $200,000-$240,000+

Most sales yield approximately $1,250 in commission.

Requirements:

• Sales experience is strongly preferred
• A valid driver's license and a vehicle are required
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with field sales and in-person prospecting
• Self-motivated and performance-driven
• Must reside near the job market
