Are you a talented and driven Business Intelligence Developer looking to make a difference? We are excited to invite you to apply for the position at CenterWell - Primary Care Organization (PCO) Analytics Team. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating and managing Power BI reports for various teams, establishing strong relationships with stakeholders, and enhancing user experiences (UX) in reporting. You will report to our Business Intelligence Lead and will work closely with others to drive impactful analytics solutions.

Your expertise will help us thrive in a collaborative environment, and this position requires self-motivation and a strong understanding of business needs.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain visually appealing Power BI reports and dashboards with a focus on user engagement.

  • Engage with report requesters to capture requirements, design prototypes using wireframing tools like Figma, and conduct thorough user testing.

  • Optimize and enhance Snowflake SQL queries for better performance and efficiency.

  • Deliver training and ongoing support to end-users on Power BI and related business intelligence tools.

  • Document technical processes, designs, and report configurations to ensure clarity and consistency.

  • Work collaboratively within and beyond your team to cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in SQL, with experience writing complex queries, stored procedures, and query tuning.

  • Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and reporting.

  • Proven problem-solving abilities in addressing business and data-related challenges.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Skilled at building and fostering professional relationships.

  • A genuine curiosity and a strong motivation to learn new tools and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a similar field.

  • Experience with other data visualization tools like Tableau, Qlikview, SSRS, or similar technologies.

  • Familiarity with programming languages, such as Python or similar object-oriented languages.

  • Experience creating analytics solutions within the healthcare sector.

  • Experience using wireframing tools for prototyping, such as Figma.

  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, during Eastern Standard Time.

Additional Information

For Home or Hybrid Office employees, a reliable internet service is essential, with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps; a wired, cable, or DSL connection is recommended. Satellite, cellular, or microwave connections may be used only with leadership approval.

Employees residing and working from Home in California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will receive a bi-weekly payment for their internet expenses.

To maintain member privacy, employees should work from a dedicated space free from ongoing interruptions.

While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices may be required for training sessions or meetings.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $66,800 - $91,100 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, based on company and individual performance.
