Cabinet Maker/ Joiner

Atom Resources are working alongside a well-established joinery business delivering high-quality commercial and residential projects across Sydney. The work includes bespoke residential cabinetry, premium commercial fit-outs, and custom feature joinery, with a strong focus on craftsmanship and detail.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker / Joiner to join the workshop team.

This is a hands-on role working on a variety of custom joinery projects, from manufacture through to assembly, with occasional on-site installation depending on project needs.

You'll be working with a wide range of materials and finishes, producing high-quality joinery to tight tolerances and timelines.

• Manufacture and assemble custom joinery and cabinetry

• Work confidently with solid timber, veneer, and laminate finishes

• Complete curved and feature joinery work to a high standard

• Read and interpret detailed joinery drawings and specifications

• Operate workshop machinery and hand tools safely

• Maintain quality control and attention to detail throughout production

• Assist with on-site installations when required

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Cabinet Maker / Joiner

• Trade qualified (preferred but not essential) or equivalent proven experience

• Strong experience in commercial and/or residential joinery

• Proven ability to work with solid timber, veneer, laminate, and curved work

• Ability to read and work from joinery drawings

• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team

• White Card (preferred but not essential)
