Available Positions1. Cabinet Maker
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cabinet Maker to join our factory team and contribute to the production of high-quality, custom cabinetry. This role is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship, who can interpret design specifications and ensure every project is completed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Manufacture high-quality custom joinery items from a range of materials, including timber, plywood, MDF, laminate, and veneer, according to technical drawings and customer specifications.
Read and interpret plans, and design.
Measure, mark, cut, and shape materials with precision using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
Assemble components using techniques such as doweling, biscuit joining, laminating, and screwing to create finished cabinetry that is durable, functional, and visually appealing.
Fit hardware such as hinges, runners, handles, locks, and other fittings to cabinetry, ensuring correct alignment and smooth operation.
Perform regular quality checks throughout the production process to ensure accuracy and craftsmanship meet company and client expectations.
Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives by suggesting better techniques, tools, or processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Maintain a safe and organized workspace in accordance with workplace health and safety guidelines.
Provide guidance and training to employees, ensuring they master necessary woodworking skills and standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker in a manufacturing or joinery environment.
Proficient in cabinet making, cutting, carving, and assembly techniques.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans.
Skilled in using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.

2. Cabinet Vision Detailer
As a Cabinet Vision Detailer, you will play a crucial role in translating designs into precise production plans, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion. This position requires technical expertise and strong communication skills to bridge design, production, and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret drawings in a variety of formats.
Use Cabinet Vision software to output to our CNC machine.
Produce all material requirement lists and supplier purchase orders.
Communicate and liaise with the production team to ensure accurate understanding of job design specifications.
Liaise with clients to ensure that designs are accurate and meet their expectations.
Requirements:
Highly proficient in using Cabinet Vision software.
Possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
The ability to apply a practical, real-world approach to problem-solving.
Strong preference for detailers with a trade-qualified background.
Possess excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum 3 years' experience with Cabinet Vision.
3. Sales Representative
