About the Role
Prepare and deliver consistently high-quality coffee
Engage warmly with guests and build genuine connections
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Maintain a clean, organised and professional coffee station
Support the front-of-house team to deliver seamless service
What We're Looking For
Proven barista experience (essential)
Confident with espresso, milk texturing, and workflow
Personable, positive, and well-presented
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, flexible, and a true team player
