Summary: The Cash Management Relationship Manager will work closely with the Cash Management Officer to meet department goals. This individual is responsible for growing CSB's portfolio of Cash Management (CM) customers by utilizing CSB's approach to service and sales. This individual will solicit new customers, conduct a needs analysis, propose solutions, implement those solutions on-site, and maintain customer solutions through ongoing support. In addition to new customer acquisition, this position is also responsible for ongoing consultation with existing CM customers. Finally, this position is responsible for providing educational opportunities for businesses about CSB's products, services, and/or best practices in business cybersecurity.

Develops, maintains, and manages business customer relationships in the bank's market areas.
Promotes CSB's products and services including:
Business Checking
ACH Origination
Remote Deposit Capture
Sweeps
Positive Pay
Business Credit Card
Account Analysis
Merchant Services
Other technology products and services
Manages customer onboarding, including implementation of CM products and services and customer training.
Reviews and analyzes customers' current banking activity and future needs to determine the best product suite for each customer.
Prepares and reviews agreements with customers regarding CM services and devices.
Works with Electronic Services team to complete product installation and customer training.
Develops, maintains, and manages relationships with public fund customers with appropriate products and services.
Builds relationships with banking center staff and commercial lenders to foster an environment that supports and encourages referrals.
Provides education on CM products, services, and pricing to CSB employees and customers.
Maintains an analysis of competitor products, services, and pricing and make recommendations for changes to CSB's products, services, and pricing as needed.
Attends schools and seminars to stay abreast of new products and services available, including scams and fraudulent activities.
Presents a polished, professional image to customers and act as an ambassador of CSB's products and services.

Education and Experience: A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required. A four-year degree in a business-related field is preferred. A minimum of three years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
