Salary Range: $19.00 - $25.50
Pay Info: This position is eligible for a Sign on Bonus!

Role Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide compassionate care to residents in a long-term care setting. Your responsibilities include:

• Delivering resident-centered nursing care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Providing support for personal care needs including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Obtaining and recording vital signs and communicating any changes to the nursing staff.
• Assisting residents with mobility and exercises using proper techniques.
• Contributing to meal preparations and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Documenting interactions and outcomes related to resident care.
• Participating in wellness and recreational programs to enhance residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum age of 16; prior experience in long-term care is a plus.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant from the State Board of Nursing required.
• Willingness to complete annual continuing education and competency testing.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on job responsibilities.
