Your Role as a Certified Nursing Assistant:
- Assist rehabilitation nurses with delegated care and rehabilitation tasks according to established regulations and guidelines.
- Perform duties delegated and supervised by rehabilitation nurses.
- Build rewarding relationships with patients and colleagues.

Required Certifications and Licensures:
- Current CNA license or certification as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications:
- CNA license or certification required as per state mandates.
- Current CPR certification required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Good visual acuity, effective communication skills, and the ability to lift, push, pull, and transfer patients weighing a minimum of 30 pounds are essential. Reasonable assistance can be requested for tasks exceeding these minimum capabilities.
Work Environment:
- Indoor, climate-controlled, smoke-free environment with occasional outdoor exposure.
- Potential exposure to blood and body fluids.
- Handicapped accessible.
- May experience stressful situations at times.
Proficiency or Productivity Standards:
- Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality are expected.
- Compliance with the hospital/department dress code, including wearing an ID badge.
- May be required to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, or nights to meet operational needs.
- Participation in disaster situations may be required as necessary.
- Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor.
