WHO YOU ARE & WHAT YOU'D DO

You will own paid Channel Marketing for and . You will create and manage the execution of Channel marketing, work with agency partners to manage advertising investments, program key campaign and promo messaging content, and innovate new ways to engage buying customers online. You will manage paid search, paid shopping, Amazon and additional pay-for-performance channels. You will analyze results and help determine the best way to optimize and focus advertising. You will work closely with the Marketing, Brand and Merchandising teams to ensure website journeys that are top tier amongst both competitors and ecommerce leaders.

ACCOUNTABILITY MATRIX

Accountability: Paid Channel Performance Management

Priority: 1

Time: 60%

Manage Paid Channels, including search text and shopping ads, remarketing, Amazon and additional pay-for-performance channels.

Identify & implement testing opportunities within paid channels aimed at efficiency and growth.

Success Factors:

Increase qualified website sessions.

Improve return on ad spend efficiency across selling channels.

On-time, on-plan execution of Digital Performance Plans.

Accountability: Channel Reporting + Analysis

Priority: 2

Time: 30%

Manage, optimize and report on KPI's (e.g. ROAS) for all digital marketing programs across all device types vs. plan and prior year performance.

Review site analytics for insights, trends and opportunities.

Maintain and create data visualizations/dashboards for performance insights.

Be an internal expert on GA4 focused on marketing analytics and creating ad-hoc reports.

Success Factors:

Present weekly analysis and planned actions of paid channel performance to Marketing leadership.

Present thoughtful insights that answer, why did it happen', what should we do about it' and what do we think will happen next.'

Ensure data quality, troubleshoot data validation, and see issues through to resolution.

Accountability: Planning and Tactics

Priority: 3

Time: 10%

Support Marketing leadership in the oversight of the online marketing budget, make recommendations for reallocation and/or investment based on individual program performance and brand goals.

Develop a deep understanding of our brand's identity including product, editorial, and marketing initiatives to develop digital ad content that meets both financial and brand-building goals.

Contribute to technology & marketing strategy. Suggest features and tool enhancements that drive growth, scale or efficiency.

Success Factors:

Contribute to monthly budget reviews.

Complete projects on time and within project estimates.

Contribute to a highly productive, profitable ecommerce team, hitting project and sales goals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1+ year experience in channel digital marketing or related field.

2+ years' experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Understanding of website analytics (GA4).

Strong creative and strong analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Proven entrepreneurial, innovative impact in past career.
