About the Role
Join our dedicated team as the Chief Executive Officer for our campus in Bowdon, Georgia, where we focus on providing vital behavioral and mental health services for children, families, and communities. In this impactful role, you will ensure the highest standards of child safety and program quality, aligning with our mission and model of care. Your responsibilities will include maintaining regulatory and legal compliance, achieving budget goals, and driving operational excellence to enhance service delivery.
You will play a pivotal role in cultivating a supportive culture, managing government and community relations, and serving as a strategic advisor. Additionally, your contributions to fundraising, marketing, and alignment with our core values of integrity, excellence, and charity will be essential to our success.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Human Services or a related field, along with significant leadership experience in multi-service or similar organizations. A minimum of four years of experience in the childcare sector is required, and licensure as a clinical professional is highly preferred. We are looking for a dynamic leader with strong competencies in communication, benchmarking, and people development, as well as a commitment to quality improvement.
