About the Role
The Company is actively seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer to spearhead its global call center network. This role is pivotal as it focuses on establishing strategic direction, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. As a crucial member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will drive the company’s vision, ensuring alignment across all business units with overarching enterprise goals.
We are looking for a seasoned executive with over 20 years of leadership experience, particularly in the call center, BPO, or CX industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong history of managing P&L and a talent for translating strategy into actionable plans with meaningful results. Your responsibilities will include:

- Driving operational excellence.
- Accelerating revenue growth via a data-informed, customer-centric approach.
