About the Role

The Company is on the lookout for a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to drive the organization forward with strategic insight and a dynamic approach. Collaborating closely with the Board of Directors, the successful candidate will articulate and implement the organization's vision and strategic objectives, reinforcing the company's status as the leading authority in proposal management. As the public face of the association, the CEO will actively engage with members, vendors, and industry stakeholders, enhancing the global presence and ensuring a superior experience for all members. Internally, the CEO will nurture a member-focused culture, manage a dedicated staff, and maintain operational excellence, financial sustainability, and strategic alignment with our mission. Candidates should have extensive experience within the membership and association industry, showcasing a proven history of senior strategic leadership in similar organizations. This role requires a charismatic leader, skilled communicator, and a proven track record in revenue generation and partnership development. A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is essential, alongside advocacy for the profession. Applicants should possess a minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including at least 7 years in executive leadership, and hold a Bachelor's degree (preferably an MBA or related advanced degree). The ideal CEO will be politically astute, driven by a robust work ethic, and proficient in making informed decisions while leading a diverse team.
