About the Role
Join our team as the Chief Fundraising Officer (CFO) and take charge of our strategic fundraising initiatives, preparing for an exciting comprehensive campaign. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in expanding our donor base with a strong emphasis on youth development.
Your responsibilities will include managing the entire fundraising lifecycle: from setting ambitious funding targets to nurturing valuable relationships with donors and grant partners. You will help cultivate a thriving culture of philanthropy within our organization, collaborating with our dedicated team and leadership to inspire staff and drive fundraising success.
As a dynamic and strategic leader, you will supervise our Development team and work closely with our CEO to maintain and enhance relationships with key donors and funders. Your expertise in donor and financial management will enable you to play a critical role in the decision-making process and influence our fundraising policies and budgeting strategies.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience to contribute to the sustainability of our programs and ensure we achieve our organizational goals. You will also lead the implementation of a donor data management system and organize impactful annual fundraising events.
