About the Role
The Company is seeking a dynamic Chief Growth Executive (CGE) to join its executive leadership team and drive the next phase of extraordinary growth. In this vital position, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing a broad growth strategy focused on expanding both our client base and service offerings within the private equity sector.
The CGE will leverage their extensive relationships and networks within the private equity industry to generate new business opportunities and forge impactful partnerships. This role entails the identification of new market opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic alliances, and product or service innovation, ensuring sustained revenue growth, robust unit economics, and high client satisfaction.
Ideal candidates will possess a solid track record in growth leadership, particularly in professional services, consulting, or technology firms, with at least 18 years of direct experience in the private equity space. We are looking for a strategic visionary who excels in execution within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and possesses extraordinary communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
The CGE will collaborate closely with internal teams across various functions such as sales, marketing, delivery, and operations to accelerate all growth initiatives and must have proficiency in identifying, structuring, and closing complex deals. This position is remote, with a preference for candidates located near NYC, although we welcome applicants from other major cities including Boston, Washington D.C., Chicago, or Miami.
