About the Role

The company is looking for a dedicated Chief Medical Executive to join our mission-driven leadership team. The ideal candidate will spearhead the clinical development strategy for our oncology radiopharmaceutical portfolio, concentrating on early-phase clinical trials. We seek a strategic and hands-on leader with a medical degree, particularly in oncology, nuclear medicine, or radiology, alongside 10-15 years of substantial clinical development experience in early-phase oncology trials. As a key member of the executive team, you will lend your strategic insight to influence critical decisions regarding our portfolio direction.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing, overseeing, and interpreting early-phase clinical studies.
• Providing medical oversight for clinical protocols, safety considerations, and data analysis.
• Leading the preparation and submission of essential regulatory documents.
• Building and nurturing relationships with CROs, investigators, and trial sites.
• Collaborating effectively with global regulatory agencies.

The successful candidate will be an effective communicator with credibility across scientific, regulatory, and investor audiences. You will embody and promote a culture of agility, transparency, and scientific excellence within the medical function. Experience in radiopharmaceuticals, molecular imaging, or targeted therapies is highly desirable. The Chief Medical Executive will be a prominent advocate for the company's clinical and scientific vision.
