About the Role

The Company is actively seeking a dynamic Chief Officer of Global Business Development to lead our global sales teams. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and reinforcing the company’s leadership position in the industry. The ideal candidate will mix strategic vision with hands-on leadership experience, possessing deep insights into the markets we serve. Key responsibilities will include inspiring and guiding sales teams, coordinating efforts across various business segments, and promoting cross-selling initiatives.

Qualified candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. Experience in the global academic and/or learning content industry is highly desirable, as well as familiarity with diverse cultural environments and a solid grasp of global market dynamics.

The Chief Officer of Global Business Development must demonstrate outstanding strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software. As this position operates in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, candidates should be amenable to frequent travel, including international travel, as needed.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with effective time management and resource allocation abilities.
