About the Role
We are looking for an all-in partner to join our small team to grow our Business Development and Operations. Alongside a desire to be all-in and earn significant equity in our business, we require experience at a smaller entrepreneurial company and solid references
You will wear a number of hats:
- Oversee the day-to-day of Blank including fulfillment and operations
- Oversee business relationships with existing partners and vendor
- Oversee, Manage various revenue streams such as the direct-to-consumer, wholesale, and professional channels and the respective budgets
- Track and Report day-over-day growth to our Investor Groups and Business Partners
- Assess and Hire candidates to the Blank Team and expand our capabilities
About You
More than familiar with project management tools and spreadsheets
Confident and comfortable presenting materials to Industry-leading Investors and Business Partners
Hyper-organized and willing to learn new things
Not afraid to fail as long as something is learned
Want ownerships and a pivotal role in a business disrupting a $100B+ industry
The position is immediately available, and we will pay Market Rate salaries in addition to significant Equity Compensation
