About the Role

As a Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) at US Renal Care, you will play a crucial role in our Bryan Clinic, located at 1612 N Texas Ave, Bryan, TX 77803. You will be an essential part of a dedicated team, working under the direction of a Charge Nurse while supervising Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) who provide care for patients with kidney disease.

Your Responsibilities:

• Direct Patient Care: Deliver safe and compassionate dialysis treatment, conduct thorough physical assessments before and after treatments, and monitor patients throughout the process. You'll also manage medication profiles and administer medications as per physician directives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient assessment and care planning. Help maintain staffing requirements as directed, in compliance with state regulations.
• Quality and Safety: Follow all company policies, along with state and federal regulations, to ensure high-quality care. Participation in staff meetings and ongoing training is required.

Key Requirements:

• Current RN license in the applicable state, with good standing.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• Previous dialysis experience is preferred.
• Completion of the USRC training program, demonstrating competency within 8 weeks of hire.
• Proficient in English with effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage time and tasks efficiently.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in USRC clinical applications is required within 90 days of hire.
• Compliance with any applicable state practice regulations.
