Cleaning Quality Supervisor

Summary

Join our team as a Cleaning Quality Supervisor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guest rooms and suites are impeccably clean after being attended to by our staff. Your keen eye for detail will help maintain our high hotel standards and enhance our guests' experience. You will also communicate professionally with team members and front desk staff, report any maintenance issues, and address guest concerns with care and efficiency. Additionally, you may assist with cleaning, laundry, inventory management, and monitoring cleanliness in other hotel areas. Please note, this position requires walking throughout the 8-hour shift.

Skills/Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience is essential.
• Prior supervisory or customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
• A strong ability to resolve issues in a professional manner.
• A genuine enjoyment of cleaning work.
• Availability during some weekends and holidays is required.
