Position Overview: As a Client Partner, your primary goal will be to expand the reach of our Leader In Me program in your designated territory. You will engage with K-12 educational accounts, identify their needs, present tailored solutions, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic relationships with school and district leaders.
- Prospect and initiate new business in K-12 schools/districts.
- Align educational priorities with FranklinCovey's solutions to resonate with decision makers.
- Build trust with Principals and district leaders to generate interest and increase sales opportunities.
- Assess client needs and present solutions that align with their local and federal educational objectives.
- Demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills in meetings, both in-person and online.
- Close sales in line with FranklinCovey's targets and guidelines.
- Foster a positive business culture by leading a cross-functional team collaboratively.
- Analyze territory potential and set growth goals, adjusting strategies based on insights.
- Participate in company meetings to contribute to collective goals.
- Collaborate with various teams, including business development and customer success, to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in corporate and/or K-12 education sales.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in education settings, such as principal or district leadership roles.
- A Bachelor's or advanced degree in education, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven consultative sales skills and success in lead generation.
- Experience in subscription-based sales is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
