Your Role as a Clinical Charge Nurse - LVN or RN
As a member of our nursing team, you will:
- Guide Nurse Aides to ensure residents receive proper care.
- Safely and effectively administer medications as prescribed to residents.
- Implement care plans in accordance with company policies, federal guidelines, and physician orders.
- Deliver necessary treatments to nurture resident health and comfort.
- Transcribe physician orders accurately and promptly.
- Maintain timely and precise documentation in resident charts and conduct required nursing assessments.
- Participate in shift reports to promote seamless communication and care continuity.
- Implement nursing policies, educating staff on the care needs of residents.
- Foster a safe working environment by adhering to infection control measures and body mechanics.
- Address staffing shortages by arranging for replacement staff as needed.
