The Franklin Pierce University Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) Program in Goodyear, Arizona, is seeking an individual as the Clinical Coordinator who will provide administrative and office support to our busy MPAS program.

Job Summary:

As an integral part of the efficient and effective running of the programming for our students, your role will be to provide support for the Director of Clinical Education (DCE) by performing a wide variety of administrative duties. You will also assist faculty and other staff members with record keeping, daily communication and program operations as needed. This full-time position's primary effort is to stay abreast of conditions at each clinical site and ensure that the program continues to provide a valuable rotation experience for our students.

Other duties include:

Maintain student/preceptor data in clinical tracking software.
Entering course scheduling and tracking faculty assignments.
Support the program by maintaining files, completion of documentation, scheduling, report preparation, along with various administrative tasks.
Monitor student progress while on rotations.
Assist preceptors with preparation of clinical packets for rotation assignments.
Manage the program's communication - both internally and externally.

Skills and Qualifications:

In this role, the skills and qualifications that you possess will include:

An Associate's degree, Bachelor's preferred.
Three to five (3-5)+ years of previous administrative experience, preferably in higher education.
Demonstrated experience in customer service work.
Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on detail and follow-up.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including excel, word and outlook.
Ability to lift various materials up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis.
